Our Team

Suzi DeFord

Suzi has been a professional in the Sales and Marketing Management industry for the past 20 years. She has held a number of Sales and Marketing positions within large Fortune 500 companies such as Denny's Restaurants and Smart & Final. Suzi’s background and strong administrative skills will help us to determine the proper type of marketing and analysis of each property to help our clients gain the most profit from their investment properties. She manages our commercial and multi-family properties and supervises our on-site management staff.

Gloria Rodriguez

Gloria is our maintenance coordinator and will handle the everyday upkeep of your property as well as professional inspections every 6 months to ensure every property meets our high degree of habitability. Gloria obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State Fullerton, has previously worked for the United States Department of Agriculture as a human resources intern in Washington D.C., and has worked as a legal assistant for a local law firm. Gloria is fluent in English and Spanish to accommodate multi ethnic communities.

Jeff Lohr

Jeff is the IT Administrator and handles our everyday computer and office equipment maintenance. He is involved in updating our Appfolio software and our website maintenance. Jeff is a Chapman University Undergraduate of Computer Science and his experience includes real estate lending, sales, and technical support.
